Privacy Policy

1. General

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") defines the principles of processing and protecting personal data of users of the Markty Chat service (the "Service").

1.2. By using the Service, the User expresses full consent to the terms of this Policy.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the Policy terms, they must immediately stop using the Service.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1. Markty Chat collects only the data necessary for the Service to function:

• Phone number (only when the lead form is submitted via the chat widget);
• User name (only when filling in the lead form);
• Email address (only when paying for a plan, to send the license key);
• Chat history with the AI assistant (stored in the WordPress admin for analysis);
• Anonymous technical data: IP address, browser version, device type (for analytics).

2.2. The Service does NOT collect or store:

• Passport data;
• Payment card details (payments are processed by Trybit and RollyPay);
• Passwords from third-party services;
• Personal correspondence content.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Data is used exclusively for:

• Providing access to the Service features (chat widget, AI assistant);
• Processing leads submitted via the contact form;
• Sending license keys after payment;
• User technical support;
• Improving the AI assistant's performance (anonymized data).

4. Data Transfer to Third Parties

4.1. Markty Chat does not transfer Users' personal data to third parties, except:

• Payment systems (Trybit, RollyPay) — solely for transaction processing;
• DeepSeek AI — for chat message processing (anonymously, without personal identification);
• Upon lawful request from authorized Russian state authorities.

5. Data Storage and Protection

5.1. Data is stored on secure servers within the Russian Federation.

5.2. The Service takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5.3. Chat history is stored for the duration of the license and is deleted no later than 30 days after its expiry.

6. User Rights

The User has the right to:

• Request deletion of their data by contacting support;
• Refuse to provide data (some features may become unavailable);
• Receive information about stored data.

7. Policy Changes

Markty Chat reserves the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always available at this address.
