Terms of Service

Effective date: June 18, 2026

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document constitutes a public offer (the "Agreement") of Markty Chat (the "Service") to conclude a contract for the provision of the Markty Chat AI chat widget service on the terms set forth below.

1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of the offer by any individual or legal entity results in the conclusion of the Agreement.

1.3. Acceptance of this offer is made by registering a license key or making payment for any plan.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Service grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Markty Chat plugin on WordPress sites.

2.2. The license grants access to: AI chat widget, lead collection form, chat history, and DeepSeek AI integration.

3. Plans and Payment

3.1. The Service offers three subscription plans: Basic ($9/month), Pro ($29/month), and Enterprise ($99/month).

3.2. Payment is accepted via cryptocurrency (Trybit) and bank cards / SBP (RollyPay).

3.3. The subscription is billed monthly. The license key is valid for the paid period.

4. Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Service undertakes to ensure the operability of the chat widget and API functions at least 95% of the time per month.

4.2. The User undertakes not to use the Service for illegal purposes or to resell access to third parties.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. The User has the right to a refund within 14 days of payment if the Service was not used (no messages sent via the widget).

5.2. Refunds are processed minus the payment system commission.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Service is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the plugin, incompatibility with other plugins/themes, or third-party services.
